Nutrition is the foundation necessary to live a healthy lifestyle. You cannot out-train a bad diet and exercise alone will not help you see results in the gym. If you want to see the progress from your hard work and truly be fit, your nutrition has to be dialed in.

Our nutrition program incorporates behavioral change with accountability to help you create healthy habits that will last a lifetime.  Just like CrossFit, your nutrition coach will hold you accountable, educate you on whole food nutrition, adjust numbers and collect data (measurements, weight, photos, etc.) and more to help you achieve your goals. Our program is available to anyone – you do not have to be a member of CrossFit Continuum to take advantage of our nutrition services.

How does Continuum Nutrition work?

Our nutrition program is designed as a two-phase approach.

Phase I allows us to test biometrics, establish a baseline, and set you up with a custom nutrition plan backed by a RD specific to your needs. Clients will then graduate onto Phase II (Ongoing Coaching or Wellness Membership with CrossFit) where we focus on accountability and helping you build good habits that are sustainable for the long road. We will also make adjustments to your plan as needed to help you achieve optimal results. Each package varies based on the amount of accountability you feel you’ll need to in order to be successful.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain more energy, build muscle or just find better overall health, our nutrition program provides individualized coaching to help you reach your specific goals.

Education and Accountability

Different packages are available based on different levels of accountability and your individual needs. Once your package is complete, you have the option of continuing with on-going coaching to ensure accountability and continued progress .
